  Drove up to the intercom at the drive thru and ordered 2 spicy big crunch sandwiches, a medium fry and a small coleslaw, the order came to $10 and change so I knew the order was wrong so I asked the individual to repeat the order and he wasn't able to so I drove up to the window. I repeated in a calm manner my order which came to $20 and change. After about 10 minutes the individual asked me if I wanted the spicy or regular sandwich, I answered back that I wanted the spicy one times 2. He said that they had 2 different types, the regular and the spicy, I said I knew and wanted the spicy ones. Then I saw the same individual who handles a dirty debit machine and money take 2 buns with his bare hands, pick up 2 chicken pieces and started making my sandwich. I drove thru the drive thru, went into the restaurant and asked for a refund stating that it was not hygienic to handle money and the debit machine then make peoples order. The lady at the counter didn`t have a clue what I was talking about and refunded my money.

  Got a chicken wrap and the chicken was so dried out it was like chewing on wood. It was like they gave me chicken that had been sitting there all day. What a waste of money.
