I love the costumer service, very polite and friendly. I find with their food is it lacks "flavour" everything is really plain and it's disappointing! I've tried it twice now and both times the chow mien had no taste or anything else. Also, the location is hidden, small awkward parking lot. I wish the food was better!! I'll try again down the road..
