Not only are we always treated poorly at this location, but this place is unbelievably slow with their service. Went in one time and a manager (supervisor maybe?) was at a till, so we walked up to order. He ignored us for a few minutes, then looked me in the eye and said "not a till". Today I ordered a steeped tea and when I went to roll up my rim I discovered it had already been rolled... the faulty cup was given to me by the same person. Not only is it disgusting that someone's fingers touch the rim of my cup, but also could have been very dangerous if I had spilled hot tea on my lap because the cup couldn't keep the lid on. Very disappointed.
